Administrator: Jessica DeRing

Jessica DeRing has been the administrator at Subacute Center of Bristol for a year. She has been a licensed administrator for 10 years in the long term care field. Jessica began her career at Bristol as an Administrator in Training. She is married with two daughters. Her Bernese Mountain Dog, Chewy is a licensed pet therapy dog at the center.

Rehabilitation Director: Teri Flaherty, OTR

Teri is a registered occupational therapist who helps our residents achieve as much mobility and independence as possible. She has over 18 years of experience in health care and occupational therapy and holds a Bachelor's Degree.
 

Director of Social Services: Melissa Divito, BSW

Melissa Divito is a professional social worker dedicated to the welfare of each resident. She is well versed in patient rights, Connecticut Medicaid, Home Care Programs and other issues of importance to residents and famililies. Melissa received her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Central Connecticut State University and has over 4 years of experience in Long Term Care.
