An integral part of our center’s mission is the compassionate care of persons who are terminally ill.

Subacute Center of Bristol provides palliative and end-of-life hospice care for residents. Clergy persons and social workers are available to help with spiritual and grief counseling throughout the hospice period. A comprehensive, individualized care plan is created for each resident, and the staff is trained to make this time as comfortable and peaceful as possible for your family. Families may also stay overnight and share meals with their loved ones at our center.
