From the east or west - Take I-84 to Exit 33 (Plainville/Bristol) to Route 72 west to the North Washington Street exit. Take a right at the end of the exit, then the first left onto Bradley Street. Bear right at the first stop. Go straight through the next stop (this becomes Washington Street). At the second set of lights, take a right onto Stafford Avenue and take the next right onto Fair Street. Subacute Center of Bristol is on the left at 23 Fair Street.
From the north - Take I- 91 south to I-84 west, then follow directions “From the east or west.”
From the south - Take I- 95 Exit 27A (Route 8 north to I-84 east.) See “From the east or west” for remainder of directions.
